History of The Fudge Factory
Since we opened our doors in 1982, The Fudge Factory has combined quality ingredients with time-tested recipes to create an outstanding selection of handmade Southern confections and hand-dipped chocolates. For more than twenty-five years, we have what you are sure to enjoy. We are also committed to giving back to our community with an appreciation for years of patronage and support, and doing our part to recycle and use earth friendly packaging products whenever possible.
Our confectioners make over twelve varieties of fudge, along with caramel "Dahlonega nuggets", pralines, brittles, divinity, toffee, truffles and other hand-dipped chocolates. Throughout the years, we have remained dedicated to the ideals established in the beginning -- the freshest ingredients combined with attention to detail in order to bring to you an unforgettable candy delight. For our old friends who have visited our store in Dahlonega, we hope your mouth waters again as you consider our list of delicacies. For our new friends, we would like to acquaint you with some of the delicious, gourmet candy favorites you will find in our sweet shop.
